📍Art Land
Art Land is a colorful, magical place located deep inside the Lollipop Kingdom. Everything there looks as if it has been painted with soft watercolors, from the sky to the ground below. Trees look like giant paintbrushes stuck into the earth, clouds float by in thick, heart-shaped brush strokes, and nothing ever looks sharp or boring. Art Land is most famous for its beautiful painted mermaids, who shimmer like wet paint in the sunlight.
Art Land was discovered in 2024 by a girl named Avery, who wasn’t trying to find a new land at all—she was just painting.
While using watercolors one afternoon, Avery mixed her paints “just right.” The paper began to ripple, colors slid off the page, and suddenly Avery found herself stepping into the painting. Her shoes made tiny paint splashes as she landed on soft, colorful ground. A painted bunny hopped by, a marker-drawn kitty waved its tail, and a mermaid popped out of a pond, dripping blue and purple paint. Avery calmly waved back, knowing she had found somewhere very special.
The climate in Art Land is usually sunny, with warm light that makes the colors glow brighter. Sometimes it rains, but instead of regular rain, it feels like gentle watercolor drips, softly blending colors wherever they land. The rain never causes puddles—only prettier scenery.
Most of Art Land is made up of wide, open painted plains, where the ground looks like layered brush strokes. Near the center is a peaceful pond, painted in swirling blues and greens, where the mermaids live and rest. A grand cotton candy palace rises nearby, fluffy and pastel, as if painted with extra care.
Art Land is home to many artistic creatures, including:
Painted bunnies, whose colors change slightly when they hop
Paint mermaids, who live in the pond and sparkle like fresh paint
Marker kitties, outlined in bold lines that never smudge
Glow-in-the-dark puppies, who softly shine at night
There are about 100 of each kind, though no one has ever counted them twice the same way.
No people live in Art Land, and Avery is the only human who has ever found it. When she tells others about it, they believe her—because she’s always such a good girl and never makes things up for no reason.
Life in Art Land is peaceful and creative. The animals play, the mermaids sing softly in the pond, and the clouds drift by like unfinished masterpieces. Art Land waits quietly, like a painting hung just out of sight, ready for Avery’s next visit.
