📍Mathland
Math Land is a unique and surprising place that looks like a giant school where learning math never ends. At first glance, it feels like being inside a classroom—but much bigger. Math Land is full of learning spaces, thinking zones, and places where numbers seem to float through the air. It’s a place where math isn’t just a subject… it’s the land itself.
Math Land was discovered by a girl named Kate. While thinking about school and learning, Kate imagined what it would be like if math had its own place. That idea led to the discovery of Math Land, a world where classrooms stretch as far as you can see. Kate even made a drawing of her discovery, showing what Math Land looks like and helping others understand how such a place could exist.
The climate in Math Land is both hot and cold, sometimes changing quickly—just like tricky math problems. Some areas feel warm and sunny, perfect for active thinking, while other areas are cooler and calm, great for quiet problem-solving.
Math Land has natural features mixed with learning spaces. There are mountains, which students like to climb while thinking through hard problems, and ponds, where reflections sometimes look like numbers or shapes. The land is spread out and open, making room for lots of learning.
Several friendly animals live in Math Land, including:
Dogs, who like to sit by students while they work
Cats, who curl up in quiet corners of classrooms
Turtles, who remind everyone to slow down and think carefully
Math Land has over 100 classrooms, all part of one giant school
Some classrooms focus on numbers, others on shapes, patterns, or puzzles
Students never run out of places to learn something new
