📍Glitter City
📍Glitter City
Glitter City is a sparkling, over-the-top city located in Connecticut, USA. It looks like a regular big city—except everything is covered in glitter. Buildings shine, sidewalks sparkle, and even the air seems to shimmer when the sun hits just right. Glitter City is, obviously, most known for glitter. So much glitter that sunglasses are highly recommended.
Glitter City was discovered by Peyton and Evelyn, two 7-year-old girls, during a nighttime sleepover that got slightly out of control.
While doing glitter crafts before bed, the girls spilled an entire container of glitter on the floor. Then another. Then another. When they tried to clean it up, the glitter began to glow, swirl, and spread across the room. The lights flickered, the clock struck bedtime, and suddenly—whoosh!—they were standing in the middle of a glowing city where every building sparkled just like their crafts.
They returned home by morning, still covered in glitter, and immediately announced their discovery.
The climate in Glitter City is always warm. This is because the sun reflects off the glitter-covered surfaces, trapping heat and making the city cozy all year long. There is no winter, no snow, and no cold days—just warmth and shine. Even at night, the city stays warm from all the leftover sparkle.
Glitter City has several famous glittery landforms. There is a Glitter Pool, which sparkles like liquid diamonds and is very popular on hot days. A large Glitter Lake sits near the center of the city, glowing brightly even after sunset. All the homes, buildings, and streets are completely glitter-covered, making it impossible to tell where one sparkle ends and another begins.
Glitter City is home to some very shiny animals, including:
Glitter Dogs, who leave sparkly paw prints everywhere
Glitter Cats, who shed glitter instead of fur
Glitter Snakes, which slither like moving rainbows
Glitter Chickens, whose eggs are impossible to miss
All animals are friendly, dazzling, and impossible to ignore.
Living in Glitter City is good—no, terrific, especially if you love glitter. Everything shines, everyone sparkles, and boredom has never been reported. Supposedly, 30 trillion people live there, but no one is quite sure how that works. When someone asked for proof, Peyton confidently said, “That’s how many,” and everyone just decided to believe her.
Glitter City remains a warm, shiny, slightly confusing place—but one thing is certain: it sparkles more than anywhere else on Earth.
