The Duckle is a very unusual animal with the head of a duck and the body of a pickle. Its duck head includes a flat bill and bright eyes, while its long, green pickle-shaped body is smooth and slightly bumpy. This combination makes the Duckle easy to recognize and hard to forget. Even though its body looks like a pickle, it is fully alive and moves just like a real animal.

Discovery

The Duckle was discovered by a 7-year-old girl named Peyton, near a pond. Peyton noticed a duck swimming in a strange way and realized that something about its body looked long and green instead of feathery. When the animal climbed out of the water, it became clear that it had a pickle-shaped body. This surprising sighting led to the official discovery of the animal now known as the Duckle.

Habitat

Duckles live near ponds, where they can easily swim, walk, and take off into the air. Ponds give them access to water for swimming and land for resting. They are often seen near the edges of ponds, especially where fish are plentiful.

What It Eats

Duckles eat fish, making them carnivores. They catch fish while swimming and swallow them whole using their duck bills.

How It Moves

Duckles can swim and walk, just like ducks. They paddle through the water smoothly and waddle on land. Even more impressively, the Duckle can also fly, lifting its pickle-shaped body into the air using strong wings.
