Bullorse
Bullorse
The Bullorse is a powerful and confusing animal with the head of a bull and a body that is a perfect mix of bull and horse. Its head has large curved horns, a broad snout, and serious bull eyes that look like they are always judging you. From the neck down, the Bullorse has the tall, muscular frame of a horse combined with the thick chest and strength of a bull. Its legs are long and fast like a horse’s, but sturdier and heavier like a bull’s, making it strong, fast, and not always great at stopping.
The Bullorse was discovered by a kid named Logan while visiting a farm. Logan was watching a normal-looking horse drink water when the animal suddenly lifted its head—and it was not a horse head at all. It was a full bull head, complete with horns and a loud snort.
Logan froze. The Bullorse stared back at him, chewed thoughtfully, and went right back to eating hay like nothing strange had happened. Logan ran to tell the farmers, saying, “Your horse has a bull head.” At first, no one believed him—until the Bullorse mooed, neighed, and stomped all at the same time.
Bullorses can live almost anywhere, but they are most commonly found in barns and deserts. They like barns because of the food and shelter, and deserts because there is lots of open space to run. Bullorses are adaptable animals and seem perfectly comfortable whether they are standing in sand, straw, or accidentally inside a building.
Bullorses will eat almost anything they can find, including hay, grass, grain, and scraps. However, their favorite food by far is leftover Wendy’s Frostys that farmers don’t finish. Scientists are unsure how Bullorses discovered Frostys, but once they did, there was no going back. A Bullorse can smell one from very far away.
Bullorses move with the speed of a horse and the force of a bull. They can run fast, turn quickly, and charge when startled. Unfortunately, because of their size and enthusiasm, Bullorses are not always great at judging distances or stopping in time.
